\f(BIclip\fB is a program for scanning the news spool.  This 
lets you catch references to things that interest you in articles
you'd not otherwise read.

\f(BIclip\fB requires a local news spool.  It does not work over
NNTP.  However, Randal Schwartz has a version which does.

This program is extremely devious in its use of the Perl language.
It was written by Larry Wall, with kibitzing and munging by me.
