Changes for Plack-Middleware-OIDC distribution

1.00 2026-10-14
  - added a fix to write logs to the 'psgix.logger' when available
  - the exception implements an as_psgi() method, so that it can be rethrown by frameworks which support it
  - authentication errors : message stored in the session and exposed under 'oidc_flash' for one request only
  - added the check at startup of the 'default_provider' configuration entry
  - cpanfile lists the used modules instead of the used distributions

0.01 2026-09-29
  - initial version
  - Configuration passed directly to 'enable' (config entry)
  - callback routes derived from 'signin_redirect_path' and 'logout_redirect_path'
  - OIDC::Client::Plugin instances exposed in $env->{oidc} (default provider) and $env->{'oidc.<provider>'}
  - all providers instantiated at startup
  - Redirections requested by the application are done by throwing a Plack::Middleware::OIDC::Redirect exception, caught by the middleware, so that the code placed after redirect_to_authorize() / redirect_to_logout() is never executed
  - Default logger using psgix.logger or STDERR
